Directions from Port Elizabeth
Take the N2 highway from Port Elizabeth towards Jeffreys Bay. After crossing the Van Stadens bridge, follow the Hankey turnoff (R331). Drive another 3.5 km and turn right at the Bergrivier signpost. The 2.5 km gravel road will take you to another signpost that says “Accommodation”, where you will turn left to reach the guest facilities at the top of the hill.
Directions from Jeffreys Bay
From Jeffreys Bay, take the N2 towards Port Elizabeth. After crossing the Gamtoos River, drive for 10 km and take the Hankey turnoff (R331). Drive another 3.5 km and turn right at the Bergrivier signpost. The 2.5 km gravel road will take you to another signpost that says “Accommodation”, where you will turn left to reach the guest facilities at the top of the hill.

No pets allowed, without exception.
Check-in is from 14.00 until 20.00 unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed.
Check-out is no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.
No noise or music since we market the tranquillity. Please consider other guests.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A minimum booking of two nights is required over weekends. Exceptions can be made for enquiries made within 48 hours of the intended stay.
Payment methods:
Guests can make payment via EFT (Bank transfer) or in cash.
Deposits are paid when making the booking and the balance must be paid before check-in.
Cancellation policy:
More than 1 month before check-in: 100% deposit refunded
More than 1 week before check-in: 50% deposit refunded
Less than 1 week before check-in: No refund
